Poster and Oral Presentation Groupings

Below you’ll find the poster presentation groups and the list of presenters with their abstract titles organized into themes. Following that, you’ll find the oral presentation sessions (Sessions 1–3), including the theme for each room and the presenters scheduled in that session.

Poster Presentations

• You will receive your poster board location at registration when you pick up your poster.

• Posters will remain up for the duration of the gathering and can be viewed at any time.

• Poster presenters will present during both sessions listed below in Room KC 203:

• October 28

• Session #1: 1:30–2:30 PM

• October 29

• Session #2: 1:00–2:00 PM

Oral Presentations

• Oral presenters can find their assigned room by the labels on the doors.

• Please check which session number and room you are assigned to and arrive on time.

• Oral presenters will present on October 29 during one of the three sessions: 

  • Session #1: 9:45–10:45 AM

  • Session #2: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

  • Session #3: 2:15–3:15 PM
